The article discusses the philosophical integration of modern analyses of the problem of consciousness. Combining philosophical concepts of consciousness with modern achievements of Science and neuroscience aims to combine different views on the nature of consciousness. The purpose of the article is to provide a philosophical review of research focused on the essence and existence of consciousness and to justify the persistent relevance of philosophy in the study of consciousness. The problem of consciousness occupies a central place in philosophy, since the initial ontological and epistemological approaches to understanding any philosophical problem, in particular the nature of man, depend on its solution. In the context of the development of the information society and the continuous deepening of the global problems of our civilization, the relevance of the problem of consciousness is sharply increasing. The study of the relationship of consciousness as subjective reality and physical processes in the brain is becoming the object of study not only of philosophy, but also of natural science, especially neurobiology. And there are almost no studies in metaphysics and neurobiological research within the framework of philosophical analysis of the specific features of consciousness. This study examines the philosophical integration of new approaches in the field of research of the problem of consciousness in the XXI century.
