Abstract

Jochi Ulus is of great importance in Kazakh history, as it had a great influence on the formation of the Kazakh people and the development of statehood. The western part of the ulus, including the regions of Central Asia and Kazakhstan, later became the land of the Kazakh Khanate. At the same time, the creation and management system of the ulus, as well as its national unity, contributed to the foundation of the Kazakh state. The importance of Jochi Ulus in the history of Kazakhstan, its state structure and social and cultural influence played an important role in the formation of modern Kazakh society and statehood. Thanks to its geographical location, the Ulus of Jochi played an important role in trade routes and military strategic directions. On the territory of the Ulus there was a mixture of different ethnic groups and cultures. On this territory, the cultures of the Mongols, Turks, Slavs and other peoples interacted and formed the basis for the creation of a new society. The Ulus of Jochi ruled for a long time in Central Asia and Europe, and its historical place was important as the successor to the Empire of Genghis Khan.
