Abstract

The article examines the role of family education in the formation of the legal culture of youth in the context of social sciences and humanities. The main factors determining the formation of legal awareness and responsibility in the family environment are analyzed, their importance in the development of social adaptation and civic engagement of young people is determined. In addition, the interrelation of family values, social norms and a pedagogical approach to legal education was considered. The results of the study can serve as a useful source of information for making effective decisions in the field of social pedagogy and sociology in the direction of improving the legal culture of youth, as well as in developing state youth policy.
