Abstract. This article examines the relevance of the philosophy of justice and law in the context of the complexity of social relations and public life in the 21st century. Justice is considered not only as compliance with legal norms but also from the perspective of social morality and ethics. The study compares traditional and modern theories of justice and law, and analyzes the impact of contemporary factors such as social inequality, globalization, and digital technologies on the concepts of law and justice. Research methods include comparative analysis, philosophical synthesis, logical and conceptual analysis, and historical-philosophical approaches. The results indicate the necessity of re-examining the philosophy of justice and law in a contemporary social context, which theoretically allows for the creation of a new scientific discourse. Practically, the study can serve as a basis for improving state policies, updating legal education programs, and making recommendations to ensure social justice. The article is significant for both the academic community and practical fields, as it provides a comprehensive analysis of the social, economic, and technological aspects of justice and law philosophy in the 21st century.
