МОЛОДЕЖНАЯ ПОЛИТИКА РЕСПУБЛИКИ КАЗАХСТАН КАК ФАКТОР СОЦИАЛЬНОГО РАЗВИТИЯ

Abstract

The article examines the youth policy of the Republic of Kazakhstan as one of the key factors of social development in modern society. The role of youth as a strategic resource of the state is analyzed in the context of globalization, digitalization, and the transformation of socio-economic processes. Special attention is paid to the legal and regulatory framework of state youth policy, the main directions and mechanisms of its implementation, as well as the impact of government programs on youth employment, education, social mobility, and civic engagement. Based on the analysis of scientific sources, official documents, and statistical data, the main achievements and challenges of youth policy in the Republic of Kazakhstan are identified. The study concludes that there is a need for further improvement of institutional mechanisms, the development of intersectoral cooperation, and the active involvement of young people in the processes of social development of the country.
