Abstract

The article presents studies of cross-border processes of neighboring states, mutual influence and methods of interaction between the economies of Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan. The paper attempts to identify new vectors of interaction between border territories. The premise of the research is scientific works, their generalization, which allowed us to form modern realities and established patterns of interaction between neighboring countries in the field of economics, economic security, and the formation of infrastructure projects. The paper presents the comparative development of border territories over time, the economic development of border states.

The research methodology is based on: a comprehensive analysis of the priorities of cooperation based on the study and synthesis of documents on cross-border partnership of International organizations; indicators of a comprehensive statistical analysis of data from the Bureau of Statistics of the Agency for Strategic Planning and Economic Reform of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
