Abstract

The article discusses the problems of improving the quality of education by improving the emotional state of students. Mandalotherapy with ornaments is used as a means to stabilize the emotions of adolescents and increase motivation to learn. The study examines and analyzes the influence of feelings and emotions on the state of adolescents and their direct connection with the learning process. Experimentally, mandalotherapy with ornaments is used to reduce the level of anxiety of students. The ability of students to experience positive emotions guarantees the possession of high-quality and productive learning skills. Art therapy is recommended taking into account the physiological and psychological characteristics of adolescents and to improve their emotional state. The article examines the works of foreign and domestic scientists on the emotional and psychological state of adolescents in the learning process. This study revealed the presence of a problem and proved the effectiveness of the use of ornamental mandalotherapy in the work. It was revealed that school students with stable emotions have improved academic performance, improved the quality of knowledge, increased creativity.
